This retreat is more than a yoga retreat. This is an immersive, transformative experience to help you find healing, connect with mother nature, and to your feminine energy in the beautiful Caribbean jungle of Costa Rica
This journey is an opportunity to step away from your everyday routine, be immersed in the jungle all while cultivating and honoring your worth, and powerful feminine energy!
Studies show that when like minded women gather together, levels of oxytocin increase significantly. I have experienced this personally in the many women’s gatherings that I have hosted and attended. These experiences have been an essential part to my own personal growth and is the reason why I feel called to lead this retreat and hold space for others.

Sonora Jungle Retreat Center is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and is about a 15 minute walk from Playa Negra.

Directions
Flights should be arranged to arrive at the San Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO)at least one day before the retreat starts. You will need to book one night’s stay near this airport. Our shuttle will depart from San Jose on March 12th at 8:00 AM. Please contact me before booking your flight.
