Mission & Vision
Each day we will explore different styles of yoga and meditation practices such as gentle flow, yin yoga, mindfulness, deep breathing exercises and self-myofascial release techniques, all tailored especially for deep nourishment.
Each day there will be an opportunity to do a medicine walk… a walk into nature with something to contemplate and help direct your life towards the path you wish to be walking
Each day I will be sharing some information about nourishment from a modern Taoist perceptive, of how we can take care of ourselves better, with wisdom from Chinese medicines yang sheng traditions (self-care), diet and nutrition advice.
Venue & Amenities
The retreat centre is set in its one grounds besides a river flowing down from the moor, and we have direct moor access for adventures out into the wilderness of the untamed moorland. The retreat centre has been recently refurbished and it is run as possible on sustainable
