Mission & Vision
A PLACE TO HEAL
Our retreat is held in the beautiful and sacred town of Mount Shasta where many come for healing.
The retreat weekend will be a place where your grief can safely be seen and witnessed, wherever you are in the process. We understand personally how painful, lonely, and complicated grieving our loved ones can be.
Together we will share stories in a safe environment, move our bodies with grief yoga, learn practices for staying with all the emotions that come with loss, techniques for remembering with more love than pain, how to release any burdens of guilt, and so much more.
