Day 1: May 30
3:00 - 4:00 PM | Arrival & Gratitude Walk
Check-in at the front office, find your accommodations, and settle in.
Put your phone away and take a quiet gratitude walk around the property.
Honor the land, the flowing water, and its original caretakers.
Reflect on your life’s journey, and the gifts you’ve received, and set intentions for the retreat.
4:00 - 4:30 PM | Gentle Yoga (Release tension after travel)
4:30 PM | Sound Bath (Unwind and transition from travel)
5:00 PM | Welcome Circle
Introductions beyond the surface—connect from within.
Share a struggle, a joy, or something close to your heart.
Create a space of genuine connection and presence.
6:00 PM | Dinner (Sit with someone new if possible)
7:00 PM | Sound Bath Meditation
7:45 PM | Singing by the Fire
8:30 PM | Personal Hot Tub or Creek Soaking
Day 2: May 31
8:00 AM | Morning Yoga (Hatha Yoga for all levels)
9:00 AM | Breakfast (Sit with someone new if possible)
10:00 AM | Short Sound Bath & Reflection Questions for the Hike
10:30 AM | Hike
1:00 PM | Light Lunch
2:00 - 4:00 PM | Quiet Time & Personal Hot Tub Soaking
4:00 PM Perimenopause Talk by Nikki
5:30 PM | Journaling
6:00 PM | Dinner (Sit with someone new if possible)
7:00 PM | Walk, Reflection & Fire Ceremony (Silent walk or seated reflection)
Reflect on something you wish to release and something you want to manifest.
Write these intentions down and prepare for the fire ceremony.

10:00 AM Questions and Answers about perimenopause
11:00 AM Sound Bath and Closing Circle
11:30 AM | Check-Out from Accommodations
12:00 PM | Lunch & Goodbyes
