Our retreats takes place in the beautiful and secluded Sunrise Mountain retreat center, located 5 minutes above the waves of Playa Carme and surrounded by nature. Built and run by a beautiful family and dear friends with many years experience in medicine and personal work you will be held in the perfect container for your experience. We are based close to the town of Santa Teresa, famous for its beautiful beaches and stunning jungle, making it the perfect place to embark on your inward journey

Our nearest international airport is Juan Santamaría (SJO) located just outside of San Jose. We can help you arrange your transport from here to the venue. Alternatively you can take a domestic flight from here to Tambor domestic airport and we can help you arrange the short taxi ride from there.
