3 meals are served daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner) except for ceremony days.
On ceremony days breakfast is served as usual and lunch will be a light meal to support the body in the medicine process.

Directions
The nearest international airport is San Jose airport, it\'s a 3.5 hour drive by car and 4.5 hours drive by bus. (2 busses will get you to our retreat center - the first id from San Jose to San Isidro, and than a bus from San Isidro to Tinamaste.
