I facilitate Ayurveda-inspired, pleasure-focused detox retreats that merge the latest in functional nutrition with the timeless wisdom of Panchakarma.
Since 2015, over 500 guests have experienced this proven method for restoring the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to heal with outstanding results.
With the rise of psychedelic medicine, much focus is on integration, yet little on preparation. After years supporting ayahuasca retreats in Peru, I created a pre- and post-plant medicine protocol that fortifies the body, balances the nervous system, and clears the terrain for profound spiritual work—or simply thriving in these transformative times.
