Join Claire Sledge and Cydney Ervin for a 7-night retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica, May 25 - June 1, 2024. Nourish your nervous system through yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Claire will guide us in daily breathwork classes to release emotion and stored energy & somatic practices to get out of our heads and into our bodies, and Cydney will guide us in yoga & meditation practices to connect with our spirit and soothe our soul.

Directions
We work with the resort to help arrange flights for our guests flying to and from Liberia or San Jose. Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Nosara, and San Jose is approximately a 5 hour drive from Nosara.
Car rental agencies are conveniently located near the Liberia airport. For reliable transportation services we can connect you with the front desk, or arrange it on your behalf.
