Mission & Vision
Join me on the 12th-14th of January for a two day yoga retreat in beautiful rural Shrewsbury. Two classes will be taught per day a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation along with workshops on Holistic nutrition with influences from the ancient practise of Ayurveda. There will be a wide variety of nourishing vegetarian dishes cooked by a Private Chef.
