SomaLight Retreats is the brainchild of two passionate self-development enthusiasts, Daniela Luz from Luz Retreats and Vanda Sousa from SomaGroove. Our retreats embody the perfect fusion of our expertise, rooted in our personal healing and self-love journeys. Together, we curate transformative experiences for small groups in enchanting locations embraced by nature and blessed by the ocean. It is located in a region enriched by the strength of its’ nature, where the high cliffs overlook the ocean and mesmerizing sunsets. Monte Velho Centre it's an eco resort and a well-none centre for the quality and tranquillity that delivers. It has amazing views, comfortable common areas, beautiful rooms with their own space and 2 yoga shalas.

Directions
You can fly directly from most cities in Europe to either Faro (closest airport) or Lisbon. From Lisbon, it takes less than 3 hours.
Faro is the nearest airport and it’s only a 75 minute transfer or drive to the retreat location. From there you have 3 options:
a) Rent a car and drive yourself. Takes around 1h 20min drive
b) Take a Transfer, around 120€ each way (not included on the retreat fee), if you share with other participants it is much cheaper, we can happily organize the transfers for you from Faro airport. If a bigger van is needed, for 8 people, the current price is 160€.
c) Public transport (the cheapest option but takes a little longer!): Take the bus to Faro railway station and then the train to Lagos. From there, walk to the bus station and take a bus to Vila do Bispo. From Vila do Bispo the only way to arrive is by Taxi (20€). We can book it for you, as long you request it in advance.
