Mission: facilitate the healing of the "root" in relationships so that everyone can be empowered, be their own healers and move through the world in a grounded, sovereign way. I facilitate this by the dropping of bread crumbs on the personal growth path using tools from 12+ years of wellness trainings including shamanic energy medicine, trauma healing and holistic nutrition.
