This retreat teaches principles of intimacy, vulnerability, and connection in a way that is practical. We take what often may seem to be an esoteric practice of tantra and create a safe space for our participants to shake the shame around their in a way that helps them to feel empowered to communicate more freely, to step into their power, and to feel more connected with their bodies and others.
Through mindfulness practices, yoga, dance, and body movement, participants will learn how to connect with their bodies and be more present in their lives.
