Directions
The nearest airport is Malaga and it's 40 mins up the mountainside from there.
Retreat centre arrange transfers as it's hard to find and the drivers know where to go, there is a small fee for this.
They ask that we arrive 11.30ish or 5.30ish on arrivals day and we depart by 12.00 noon when we finish - this is to arrange the shuttle

We LOVE doing Bikram Yoga in Spain up an Andalusian Mountainside, drinking fresh home made juice, enjoying the best local produce and sweating in our sauna at Valle De Vida! That's why we call it 'Hot, Raw & Juicy!'
