In good hands
Myles and team were extremely professional before, during, and after the experience. They cultivated and earned a level of trust that I think was highly beneficial. I plan on sharing with my friends and family and would recommend Confluence if they are interested. Very impressed. Read More

Why Confluence Retreats?
Why Confluence Retreats?

A five days that lead to the changes in my life to the point, that I was loosing hope it was possible.

Chosing Confluence Retreat was one of a few, best decision I've made in my 66 years long (or short) life.

I left the journey thankful to the unbelievably dedicated team of facilitators. Myles, Elyse and Tsana, who were leading our group of eight, with such a dignity, respect, spirituality and knowledge.
With a high understanding of the purpose for each one of us landing on this gorgeous land seeking relief from our inner demons hunting our souls for too long.

The journey took place at the Omnia Group property in Ashland. A charming, very private and comfortable property equipped with anything to satisfy your needs. If you choose, you may continue your trip in a mystical atrium that willl trigger your imagination to the point of Awww,,, hearing chirping birds and looking at the fountain souronded by moss, rocks and whatever else you may see there at the moment ...

I must mention here an incredibly yummy, nutritious meals cooked with love by Marion, such a talented chef from Germany.

And... Thunder Eater, a local Shasta Indian shaman who appeared daily, gracefully sharing his wisdom, humor and little gifts for everyone.

I could go on and on here with a long essay, but I will conclude with a few more words.

The healing is an ongoing process so don't expect things to change with the snap of the finger. It's been over a month now since my return home. I definitely did mellowed down a big time. I'm more patient and distanced to things that I have no control of.
My energy is higher, my creativity and new ideas are rising to the skies!
I started writing down my ideas so they won't be forgotten. I'm very productive around my household and am not starting a new task before finishing the previous! That's truly new to me! Ha! The focus is a key.

I hope, my review will help you with making decision on choosing the Confluence Retreat as a place to go. You won't be disappointed. I promise you!

I looked at retreats and clinics and I’m so grateful I went with the retreat through Confluence.
Attending Confluence Retreat was the best decision I made when looking for a Psilocybin experience. The setting was serene and peaceful, the facilitators were the best and sharing my journey with a small group vs a hotel room really added to the experience. Western medicine was not working with my anxiety and depression. Plant medicine (psilocybin) brought me out of my spiral down. The intention meetings and meeting my fellow travelers helped me set my intentions and relived my post retreat anxiety and the follow up after the retreat helped me integrate my experience into the real world. The follow up after my journey has exceeded all my expectations. To anyone looking for a psilocybin journey I can’t recommend Confluence Retreats more!!! And the food was incredible Read More

This isn't the end all be all, but it opens so many doors for a better life...
The Confluence retreat was an amazing experience. I went with hopes to dive a little deeper into myself and find why I operate the way I do. The entire experience was enjoyable from the people you meet, food, housing, facilitators, and the actual Journey you go on. I did things in this retreat that I do not think I would have ever done on my own to include meditation, breath work(way different than what I thought it was), dancing, group therapy, and of course a high dose of Psilocybin multiple times. Both journeys lead to different experiences. The first felt like a road map of things to work on and things to address. It was eventful and opened myself up to different perspectives. The second journey was a bit different. I had a hard time. Part of it was just me and a memory from childhood popped in my head right before lift off and it was a difficult 4 hours. Jules sat by my side and was just there for me when needed as I went through my highs and lows. Although it was very difficult it was an amazing experience when it was over and I got so much from it. The main thing is it helped me mend my relationship with my oldest son. He is a minnie me and we would butt heads a lot because of that. Our relationship has been so much better since the retreat. There are other benefits from the retreat as well like staying away from a lot of bad habits and vices. I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and learn more about themself. This isn't the end all be all but it opens so many doors for a better life you just have to be willing to walk through those doors and do the work after. Read More

A Grounded, Transformational Experience at Confluence
As a master's level mental health professional, I’ve followed the evolution of the psychedelic field with great interest. When legalization expanded in the U.S., numerous retreat centers began to emerge—but Confluence immediately stood out. A bit of research confirmed what I sensed intuitively which was that Myles Katz, the director, brings deep care and professionalism to this space, and I trusted that the retreat would reflect that.

It did—and more.

From the snow-covered mountain cabins to the compassionate, skilled staff, every element of the retreat felt intentional, ethical, and infused with care. The relationships Confluence has cultivated with its partner service center were evident and set a strong foundation for the journey experience. As someone with decades of personal spiritual practice involving entheogens, I appreciated how safety protocols, best practices, and heartfelt support were woven seamlessly together.

The retreat provided me not only with a renewed sense of clarity and connection, but also a powerful, personal transformation—something I didn’t expect at this stage of my own path. Confluence is a rare offering: deeply human, professionally sound, and very rich. Read More
