Mission & Vision

Confluence Retreats is a collaboration between Omnia Group Ashland, a licensed Psilocybin Service Center, and the Hi-U Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to transformative retreats that connect individuals with themselves, the community, and nature.

This partnership promotes personal growth, emotional breakthroughs, and spiritual enlightenment, utilizing Oregon's Legal Psilocybin Services law and the lush environment of Ashland, Oregon. Confluence Retreats offers a unique, legally sanctioned path to psilocybin-assisted experiences.

With over five years of experience organizing legal psychedelic retreats for over 1,000 participants in Amsterdam, Confluence brings professionalism and exceptional care to the U.S. psilocybin services sector.

Our retreats take place in peaceful, nature-immersed venues in Southern Oregon, selected for their privacy, accessibility, and suitability for deep inner work. Depending on the season, guests stay in warm cabins or private rooms surrounded by forest, with communal areas designed for grounding, breathwork, integration, and rest. These spaces are not luxury resorts—they are quiet, supportive environments to honor the medicine and your healing process.

The confluence team and retreat exceeded my expectations. They were so thoughtful and caring in preparing us for the journey. Being part of a group with strangers was at first a bit concerning, but the experience and connections were a big part of what made the journey enjoyable, supportive and a success. The setting and activities were very restful and regenerative. The group leaders were sincere, caring and extremely knowlegable. The journey was profound and was a catylist for change in achieving the intentions I came to address. The follow-ups after the retreats helped continue to support our intensions and reintegrate back to our lives with new outlooks and meaning.

I had such an incredible experience at Confluence. It was truly eye opening and transformative in ways that are hard to put into words. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly supportive and thoughtful, helping with both preparation leading up to the retreat and integration afterward. I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience which allowed me to fully embrace the journies.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and being surrounded by nature made the experience even more special. I walked away a different version of myself with a new perspective, a deeper understanding of myself, and so much gratitude for the experience. The experience with Confluence Retreats has been one of the most important in my seven decades.
From my first inquiry Myles was supportive and generous with time and insights related to my inquiry.

Follow-up zoom and preperatory meetings in advance were important and reassuring.
The retreat location in the Siskiyou Cascades is gorgeous and uplifiting.
The support from Myles, Arin, Tsana and Emily was always present and full of care and kindness.
Our group size was eight participants, which seemed just right.
All meals were served and the quality of the meals was exceptional..
It was a heart opening experience for me that opened some memories and understandings of issues I have dealt with my whole life. The feelings of understanding, forgiveness, hope and peace that I have come away with are such an extraordinary gift.

All of our group participants shared our individual experiences with each other in trust and love. It was an extraordinary experience that has opened doors that I thought was forever closed.

Gratitude really has a new meaning when you experience something so healing and profound.

Confluence Retreats program impressed me, and I intend to do a second retreat in about 18 months
I had peace of mind knowing the State of Oregon had oversight of the program. The facilitators were experienced and took the time to answer every question I had and were available 24/7 should anyone need special attention.

The German chef prepared excellent meals from fresh ingredients with snacks and beverages always available.

I found the pre-and post retreat calls quite helpful. My final “post retreat check-in” with Myles Katz helped me understand my “long-term” integration goals.

With the number of participants limited to eight, it allowed the program to deliver a complete experience to each individuals needs.

I’m 85 years old and am encouraging my wife and friends in my age range to experience the insightful program offered by Confluence Retreats.
