Me and this girl had the strongest response in the group. Hers was a response of very, very load and deep pain. Mine was a response of heavy, heavy laughter and other positive sounds for everybody to hear

Our experiences were totally opposite. Her and I both apparently had been regular in self growth practices, but there was still this difference in our experience.

It’s hard to come prepared, but make sure you do! Follow the dieta! And personally I felt that me having meditated quite a lot in my time was tremendously helpful.

I've recently attended a men's retreat in Ibiza at Avalon.
I came to the retreat not exactly knowing what to expect and left with the most wonderful new experiences, a new outlook on life, friendships and feeling of belonging and brotherhood I can imagine.

The space in Ibiza is a wonderful place and the planning of the event was nothing short of perfect. Every second I felt cared for, safe and in a loving environment. The food prepared by Abel Jalal was incredibly delicious and made with such love and joy. The ceremonies were held by Benjo Podlech, who always created a light-hearted atmosphere, but at the same time radiated the necessary seriousness so you know you are in capable hands and can feel safe.

This was my second retreat with Avalon, but it surely will not be the last one. Every person involved at Avalon I've met so far is a wonderful human being that really cares about what they do and puts so much care and love into every detail. I recommend Avalon retreats to everyone who wants to participate in a ceremony in a safe and loving space. Read More
