Our mission is to create personal solo, couples and intimate retreats and trainings that serve as a sanctuary for transformation, created from over two decades of deep learning, practice, and personal experience. Hosting retreats here is beyond teaching breathwork, sharing cacao and sound journeys, or instructing yoga —it’s about offering a space where people can reconnect with themselves through the healing power of nature and self resonance. This land holds a unique energy, where the ocean meets the jungle, and the symphony of wildlife becomes a guiding rhythm for presence and renewal. I host retreats to share this magic, to create a space where people can peel away the layers of stress and conditioning, and to foster authentic connection—both within and with a like-minded community.

Directions
Fly into Costa Rica: Book a flight to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José.
Travel to Puerto Viejo: From San José, you can travel by shuttle, bus or rental car to Puerto Viejo.
You can also fly domestically from SJO to Limon airport via Sansa www.flysansa.com
The Limon airport is an hour-long taxi ride to the retreat.
Shuttle Services: Private or shared shuttles provide a direct and comfortable option (about 4.5–5 hours). Public Bus: The public bus is a cost-effective travel method, taking around 5 hours. Look for the MEPE bus at the Terminal Atlantico Norte. Rental Car: Driving yourself is another option; the journey takes about 4.5 hours. Be sure to download offline maps or have GPS available.
