We are honoured to host conscious and committed people who are absolutely ready to break through any remaining negative patterns and implement powerful yogic techniques.
Cleanse your system and re-set your body, mind and spirit whilst being in community. We connect here as a family and upliteach other with love and kindness for where we are right now, and support each other on the road to where we want to be.
We will give you the methodology to use your practices of yoga, meditation and numerology and apply them in the most concrete, grounded way possible.
Our goal is to give you all the tools to completely reset your life and bring this energy home with you as you integrate this change and transformation into your life.

Amar Das is set in a picturesque valley with no immediate neighbours and 1500 square metres of land for your exclusive use. It is also 2 kms from the biggest Kundalini Yoga ashram in Europe. We are only 40 minutes drive from Lisbon airport (27 km). 15 minutes from the hip surf town of Ericeira and 22 from Sintra. The nearest beach, and our favourite, is 5 minutes drive away. This area is famed for its biodiversity with a micro climate which means Summer temperatures dont usually go above 30.

Breakfast example; buckwheat pancakes with cooked, dried, and raw fruits and tahini, freshly cracked or pre-soaked nuts.

Directions
Arrival by taxi;
Terminal 1: After leaving Customs, turn left and continue walking towards the P2 car park for pick up from both Bolt and Uber.
Terminal 2: After collecting your luggage, cross the "Welcome" gate and enter the Arrivals hall. Go right and follow the signs for Terminal 22. Take the short escalator or stairs to the upper level, then leave the terminal through the Terminal 2 - Exit gates on the left side. The Uber pick-up point is at the Kiss&Fly parking next to the Terminal 2 shuttle bus stop 2. TAKE THE TAXI TO THE PEPSOL PETROL STATION IN POBRAL WHERE I WILL MEET YOU TO TAKE YOU TO AMAR DAS.
By metro and bus;
From Lisbon’s airport, take the metro and get off at Rossio station (green line).
You should then take the train at Rossio Station, and continue to Portela de Sintra station.
From there, take the bus Carris Metropolitana (bus number 1633) to Ericeira and EXIT AT THE STOP OPPOSITE THE REPSOL PETROL STATION IN THE VILLAGE OF POBRAL. I WILL MEET YOU THERE.
It can take 2 hours to get from the airport to Pobral and if you unfamiliar with the changes or if you miss a bus and have to wait, longer.
The 1633 bus from Sintra goes every 33 to 92 minutes during the week. On weekends only every 2 hours so it is recommended to get a taxi from Lisbon airport. Bolt or Uber taxis cost between 30 and 40 euros.
