If I tell you that what is written on the Inner Shift Institute website is truly what you will get, would you believe it? I was hoping for some of that. Years of therapy and family problems brought me to a point from which I saw no way out. Neither for myself nor for my loved ones. I came with one intention to solve one of many problems and with a bit of hope that this trip would bring something. However, what I encountered was a complete surprise at the extremes of each scale. And THIS SHIFT which takes you from one side to another, would not have happened without the wise leadership of the entire team. During 6-day stay program prepared by Alice and the team, each stage played its most important role. Without the knowledge and open heart of the team, each stage of it, preparation, management, integration would be only a fleeting event. Alice, Jeanne, Cony, Amber, Caroline you accompanied me on my journey and your presence with your gifts was the key to the transformation of me and the problems I was struggling with, a transformation that happens even after I returned home. I felt within myself the solution to the problem I came with - no matter how strange it may sound, this feeling is the essence. I wholeheartedly recommend it...to the world!

Had my first-ever experience with plant medicine (psilocybin) with Caro and the Inner Shift Institute, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The entire team, from booking to trip guidance and integration, truly managed to create the best possible setting for a first-timer.

The preparation was thorough and I was sent a bunch of useful resources well in time before the trip, all very helpful for a soft introduction to the world of psychedelics. This included a whole video course, a preparation video, book recommendations, and so forth.

Caro was a wonderful guide throughout my experience. The preparation session was great, and she was thorough, analytical, and emotionally sound when guiding me in setting an intention for the trip. The result was great confidence and a calm, clear mind ahead of the experience.

For anyone feeling a bit of nervousness surrounding plant medicine, Caro is a wonderful person to have around! She created a comfortable, safe, light, and professional setting from the minute we met, and ensured the same atmosphere throughout the experience. To me, this resulted in complete trust, surrender, and readiness both ahead of, during, and after the trip.

The integration session took place a few days after the trip, granting me the time needed to thoroughly reflect upon the experience on my own first. During the integration, Caro truly helped me both make sense of my visions and connect them to my intention, my patterns, and life itself.

I am ending this experience with increased clarity and a strong motivation to continue my inner work. I truly recommend the Inner Shift Institute to anyone aiming to enter the world of plant medicine and its healing powers.

When I started my quest to find a guided psychedelic experience, A Whole New High (now Inner Shift) felt right immediately. They were responsive and provided information and guidance. Working with an established agency that employed seasoned practitioners was extremely important to me. Supporting a women owned and operated business was icing on the cake. I was lucky enough to feel a connection with Karlijn through reading her biography and then watching a video of her explaining what could be expected throughout the process.
