We exist to help women remember who they are beneath the noise, roles, and expectations. This retreat was born from my own journey of leaving a secure but soul-draining career to follow the voice within — the one calling me toward freedom, alignment, and purpose.
Soul Emergence was created for women standing at that same edge — ready to release who they were taught to be and step into the life their soul is calling forward. Our mission is to provide a sacred, nurturing space where women reconnect with inner wisdom, release limitations, and experience transformation through soul-aligned connections and spiritual practices like Reiki, sound healing, and yoga.

It offers an ocean-view pool, indoor gathering spaces bathed in natural light, and peaceful spots for sunrise yoga, sacred dance, and healing under the stars. Whether you're journaling by the harp, sharing a meal, or soaking in the quiet, every space is designed to nurture your soul and invite deep transformation.

Free on-site parking is available. Whether you’re local to North Carolina or road-tripping from nearby states, you're welcome to drive in.

Most guests fly into Wilmington (ILM) and use Uber or Lyft to reach the retreat house. Once your spot is confirmed, we’ll share the exact location and help coordinate optional ride-shares among participants.
