The Toque da Luz Ancestral Retreat is a 2-day immersive spiritual mission designed to realign the spirit with its essence through ancestral wisdom and forest medicines. Guided by indigenous guardians Shako Kamanawa and Maya Waninawa, the schedule is structured as follows:
-Friday: Arrival and Opening the Field
The journey begins by establishing a safe, intimate, and welcoming space.
*03:00 PM – Arrival: Settle into the retreat center and begin the transition into the spiritual field.
*05:00 PM – Integration Circle: A time for welcoming and emotional preparation.
* 06:00 PM – Rapé Circle: Application of Rapé, a medicine for mental cleansing and quieting the mind to open the heart for learning.
* 08:00 PM – Dinner: Conscious nourishment provided to the group.
-Saturday: Deep Immersion
The day is dedicated to physical and energetic preparation leading into the main ceremony.
*09:00 AM – Breakfast: Starting the day with conscious nourishment.
*01:00 PM – Lunch: A shared meal followed by free time for introspection.
*03:00 PM – Herbal Shower (Outdoor): An energetic preparation using nature to cleanse the body.
*05:00 PM – Ayahuasca Ceremony: An ancestral ceremony with Aya (Oni), a medicine of vision and truth used to reveal what needs healing.
*12:00 AM (approx.) – Sharing Circle & Snack: A grounding moment to begin integrating the night's insights.
-Sunday: Grounding and Closing
The final day focuses on anchoring the experience and preparing for the return.
*09:00 AM – Breakfast: Final morning of shared conscious nourishment.
* 10:00 AM – Sharing Circle & Optional Medicines: A space for deep silence, prayers, and grounding. Participants may also receive Kambô for physical and energetic vitality if appropriate.
* 12:00 PM – Check-Out: Closing the spiritual field with post-retreat guidance.
