Soledad Guerra – Inirama 🤍 Soledad Guerra, also known by her spiritual name Inirama, is a Master and spiritual guide whose path unites the wisdom of the body with the sacred intelligence of ancestral plant medicines. Born in Spain, she has dedicated more than fifteen years to the study of movement, healing, and the profound relationship between the physical body, emotional memory, and spiritual awakening. Her journey began through the discipline of the body. As a certified Fitness Instructor and Yoga and Aeroyoga teacher, she spent eight years directing her own aerofitness center in the coastal town of Tarifa, in the south of Spain. There she guided many people through the transformative power of conscious movement, strength, and deep connection with the body. Over time, however, a deeper calling began to reveal itself — an invitation to explore healing beyond the physical plane and to walk a path of service rooted in ancestral wisdom. Listening to this inner voice, she chose to leave her business career and travel to India, where she immersed herself in the traditional study of Yoga, alignment, and therapeutic practices with respected teachers. During this time she also deepened her studies in Ayurvedic medicine and therapies, expanding her understanding of the subtle relationship between body, mind, and energetic balance. Over the years her work has evolved into a holistic approach that integrates body awareness, energetic work, and ancestral medicines. Her studies led her to explore trauma, emotional memory, and energetic blockages, and how these experiences manifest in the body and in patterns of movement. This search for deeper knowledge eventually led her to South America, where she began studying traditional Amazonian plant medicine with indigenous teachers and healers. Within the Shipibo tradition of the Peruvian Amazon, she received the spiritual name Inirama, which means “good-smelling medicine.” In many Amazonian traditions, receiving a spiritual name represents recognition and a commitment to walk the path of the medicine with humility and respect. Following the ancestral tradition, she has completed multiple traditional plant dietas and initiation processes with the Shipibo people, living within their community along the banks of the Ucayali River. Her first teachers belong to a family that has worked with ancestral medicine for many generations. Among the most important guides on her path are César Maynas and his wife Fidelia, together with the elders of their lineage, Felipe and Manuel. She has also received preparation and guidance from teacher Rode and other respected healers of the region. Currently, her principal teacher is William, a traditional plant master and toetero (master of the sacred Toe plant) who lives in the native community of Amaquiria, deep in the Amazon rainforest. Under his guidance, Inirama has studied and dieted with sacred plants such as Toe, Ayahuma, Machinga, Noya Rao, Planta de la Vida, Ayahuasca, Bobinsana, and Piñón Colorao, carrying out advanced dietas in strict isolation in the jungle. These traditional dietas require deep discipline and surrender. During these periods she lived without contact with the outside world — without electricity, telephone, or modern comforts — using the river for daily life and dedicating herself completely to the relationship with the plants and their spirits. The process includes fasting, dietary restrictions, energetic purification, and profound simplicity, allowing the teachings of the plants to reveal themselves with clarity. Through the blessings of the spirits of the plants and Mother Ayahuasca, she has received Ikaros, the sacred healing songs in the Shipibo language that carry the vibrational essence of the medicine and guide the energetic work during ceremonies. During her time in the Amazon she also had the honor of living with and learning from the Matsés tribe, where she studied the sacred medicine of Kambo, derived from the Amazonian frog Phyllomedusa bicolor. Her path later brought her to Mexico, where she deepened her experience with other traditional medicines, including Toad Medicine (Bufo Alvarius), Tepezcohuite, and Changa, sharing and learning with experienced taitas and practitioners of the region. Today, Inirama works primarily with the medicines of Bufo Alvarius, Ayahuasca, Kambo, and Changa, facilitating carefully held private ceremonies. She believes deeply that these medicines deserve an intimate, safe, and respectful space where each person can be accompanied with presence, attention, and individualized care. Her approach is deeply rooted in the feminine essence of medicine — a space of listening, compassion, sensitivity, and loving presence. Rather than imposing a process, she gently accompanies each person, creating a field of trust where healing can unfold naturally. For her, these medicines are sacred allies that invite a profound return to the essence of being. They offer the possibility to release old patterns, reconnect with the heart, and remember our true nature as beings of love, consciousness, and light. Some of the medicines she works with are prepared and extracted by her own hands, always with deep devotion, respect, and gratitude toward nature and the ancestral traditions that preserve this knowledge. A fundamental part of her work is the integration process. Inirama believes that the true medicine continues after the ceremony, when the experience becomes embodied in daily life. For this reason, she offers close and personal support, accompanying each person with care and presence throughout their integration journey. Through her work, Inirama creates spaces of safety, beauty, and sacredness, where people can reconnect with their inner truth, restore harmony within themselves, and open to the possibility of deep transformation.
