About this Retreat
Halina is a Psychologist, Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator, and Focusing Method Practitioner and trainer with a deep interest in somatic sensitivity and psycho-somatic awareness. She is a senior yoga teacher (RYS Yoga Alliance) and offers yoga classes, workshops and retreats locally in Rickmansworth, UK and internationally (mostly Spain and Greece)
With a background in clinical psychology and art therapy, she integrates body-oriented practices such as Yoga, Tension Release Exercises (TRE), and mindfulness-based approaches to deeper self-understanding and transformation. Through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, she guides clients to dwell and feel at home not just in the mind - space of our heads but in the inner ‘soul space’ of our bodies.

Somatic Yoga Retreat in Devon, 25 - 28th June 2026: 4 days/3 nights of Yoga, Connection and Renewal.
HOMECOMING
Pausing is a doorway — an opening in the flow of everyday life.
When we slow down, we begin to notice what usually goes unseen: subtle sensations, inner rhythms, and the quiet wisdom of the body. This retreat is an invitation to return home to yourself.
Homecoming is a 4-day / 3-night sanctuary in the beautiful countryside of Devon, offering space to rest, reconnect, and move at a gentler pace. Through a somatic approach to yoga, we explore movement from the inside out — cultivating body awareness, nervous system regulation, and authentic presence rather than striving for perfect form.
Held at the turning of each season, the retreat aligns with nature’s cycles:
🌱 Spring — renewal, awakening, and gentle beginnings.
☀️ Summer — vitality, expansion, and joyful connection.
🍂 Autumn — letting go, clarity, and inner balance.
❄️ Winter — stillness, nourishment, and deep rest.
You will be supported through practices such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Explorations, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and optional Massage. Nourishing vegan meals, shared walks in nature, and restorative time in the sauna and pool create space for integration, relaxation, and connection.
This retreat is a chance to pause, listen deeply, and rediscover your natural rhythm — held by the season, the land, and a supportive community.
