Sacred Stillness is an intimate retreat created for women who are ready to pause, reconnect, and come back into alignment — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Over the course of 3 days, you will be guided through a carefully curated experience that blends:
therapeutic yoga
breathwork practices
sound healing journeys
meditation and nervous system regulation
quiet moments in nature
This is about softening into presence and allowing your body to reset naturally.
