Anne Bernard is a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist whose life's work lives at the intersection of ancient wisdom and the body's extraordinary capacity to heal itself. As co-founder of Tierra Encantada and the heart behind Vie Harmony Wellness & Healing, Anne has created a sanctuary where transformation isn't just possible — it's inevitable. Her approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true wellness isn't something you find outside yourself, but something you remember from within. Drawing on her medical expertise and years of immersion in traditional healing practices, Anne curates each experience with intention and care — weaving together time-honored therapies, natural locally sourced ingredients, and an intuitive understanding of what the body and spirit truly need. A minimalist retreat designed for one thing: coming back to yourself.
Each day flows simply — morning yoga, meditation or a walk in nature, a cold plunge and sauna to reset your body, and nourishing organic meals grown on our Biodynamic farm. If you feel called, our therapists are available for treatments that go as deep as you need.
No agenda. No noise. Just space to breathe, rest, and reconnect.
Note: Price is per night and includes all organic meals, use of the facilities and use of Cold plunge and FIR saunas daily as well as Yoga classes when available

Spacious loft-style room with two king beds, or "4 single" one on the main level and one on a wooden mezzanine accessed by stairs (not recommended for elderly guests or small children). These lofts are ideal for families or friends who value connection, comfort, and shared tranquility. From your private balcony, watch the sun paint the sky at dusk and feel time slow down — an invitation to simply be.
