Day 1 | Arrival and Orientation
Participants are picked up in Cusco and transferred to the retreat center in the Sacred Valley. The day includes a welcome tea, opening circle, and shared dinner. This first day is dedicated to grounding, orientation, and arriving into the group space with clarity and intention.
Day 2 | Ceremony Preparation and First Ceremony
The day begins with a gentle yoga session to support grounding and nervous system regulation, followed by breakfast and lunch. A trauma informed workshop prepares participants for the ceremonial space. Optional massages are available in the afternoon. The evening is dedicated to the first ayahuasca ceremony, held in a structured and supportive container.
Day 3 | Extended Integration
This day focuses on integration and reflection. After breakfast, participants take part in art and reflection sessions and workshop activities designed to support processing without interpretation or pressure. The day unfolds at a slower pace, allowing insights to settle naturally.
Day 4 | Ceremony Preparation and Second Ceremony
The rhythm of ceremony days continues with morning yoga, nourishing meals, and a workshop that supports emotional clarity and steadiness. Optional massages are offered before the evening ayahuasca ceremony. The night ceremony is followed by rest and quiet integration.
Day 5 | Extended Integration and Sharing
Integration deepens through art and reflection, workshop activities, and a facilitated sharing circle. Sharing is always optional, and listening is held with the same care as speaking. The day supports connection, digestion of experience, and rest.
Day 6 | Ceremony Preparation and Third Ceremony
The final ceremony day follows the same supportive structure with yoga, meals, workshops, and optional bodywork. The third ayahuasca ceremony takes place in the evening, offering space for closure, insight, and inner resolution.
Day 7 | Closing and Departure
The retreat closes with a final sharing circle and breakfast. Participants then check out and are transferred back to Cusco, allowing for a gentle transition back into daily life.
