A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life, this yoga and hiking retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself - through guided hikes, yoga, soundhealing, moments of stillness, and time to simply be. Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
The retreat will follow a gentle and flexible rhythm, guided by the energy of the group, the weather, and the planned excursions. Each day will be designed to balance movement, rest, and time in nature.
Mornings will usually begin with a grounding yoga session, creating space to arrive in the body and set the tone for the day. After yoga, the group will enjoy a nourishing brunch together.
Late mornings or early afternoons will be dedicated to mindful hikes and excursions, exploring La Palma’s diverse landscapes - from lush forests and volcanic paths to ocean views and hidden beaches. The hikes will be accessible and taken at a conscious, unhurried pace.
Evenings will be spacious and calm. Every second evening, participants will gather for a gentle practice such as meditation or sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experiences of the day to integrate. On other evenings, there will be free time for rest, reflection, journaling, or simply enjoying the finca and the surroundings.
One full day of the retreat will be intentionally kept as a rest day. This day will invite deep integration, with time to relax, visit the beach, or book optional individual sessions such as bodywork or nervous system regulation.
Throughout the week, there will be ample space for stillness, connection, and simply being - without pressure, rush, or expectation.

08:30 - Morning yoga - Grounding or energizing practice to arrive in the day
10:00 - Nourishing brunch - Fresh, lovingly prepared food to start the day slowly
11:30 - Mindful hike / nature excursion - Exploring La Palma’s lush landscapes, forests, canyons, or ocean paths
16:00 - Free time / rest time to relax, journal, swim, or simply be
18:00 - Evening practice (every second evening) - Gentle yoga, meditation, or sound healing
19:30 - Dinner
One day will include a sound healing session, while one full day will be dedicated to rest and integration.
