With over two decades of teaching experience Tanja creates a nurturing space for exploration of the internal landscape and inner growth whilst challenging the physical edge with a safely led dynamic practice. Her classes serve as an inspiration and support for life, with asana as the playground and metaphor, underpinned by yogic wisdom in a relevant and accessible way.
Tanja is also an engaging storyteller using stories and symbolism as a tool to come into a deeper understanding of ourselves and the universe.

“ Retreats are my most favourite way to be together, to practice, to go deep into the possibilities through a shared transformative time. As we take time out to go within there is space to re-set to our inner compass, and opportunity to release what we are ready to shed as well as build the courage to step more fully into what we do desire and dream of.
I cannot think of a better place to be nourished as we do this work than my beloved Ashiyana, a place I truly feel is like home away from home with such beauty as well as welcoming atmosphere and lovely people. There is the perfect balance of things to do when you feel like it as well as lots of space to simply unwind and just be, whether swinging in a hammock between the palms or relaxing on the beach.
