About this Retreat
Cheyenne is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who brings warmth, compassion, and curiosity to her work. Her personal healing journey has shown her the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people can openly share their experiences. Cheyenne believes that what we resist tends to persist, and that turning toward our feelings, rather than away from them, can be deeply healing. In counselling, she incorporates Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help clients identify, examine, and process emotions while exploring how present experiences and relationship patterns may be shaped by the past.
The foundation of Cheyenne’s work is based on Carl Rogers’ belief that people naturally move toward growth and healing when the right relational conditions are present. By embodying unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and genuineness, she aims to create a supportive space where people can learn to trust their inner healing intelligence and move toward growth and healing.
Details of this retreat
The Low Dose Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy program complements traditional talk therapy to help you feel more grounded, emotionally clear, and connected. Led by a skilled team of clinicians and supervised by medical experts, this program is ideal for those looking for a gentle entry into Ketamine-Assisted Therapy or to continue healing after higher-dose treatments.
3 Steps to the Low Dose Program:
Step 1: Begin with Counselling
Start with two one-hour clinical counselling sessions with a skilled therapist. These sessions are designed to explore your needs, clarify your goals, and determine whether Conscious Reset is the right fit for you. Direct billing is available through most extended health benefits plans.
Step 2: Confirm Your Spot
If the program is a good fit, you’ll pay a one-time setup fee to secure your place. This also covers prescription delivery to Qi Integrated Health and safe on-site storage.
Step 3: Meet the Medical Director & Schedule Your Reset
You’ll meet with our medical director, to receive your prescription. From there, you’ll schedule your two-hour low-dose sessions (5 total) at a time that works best for you.
You may want to explore low-dose ketamine if you:
- Are curious about Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and want a gentle introduction
- Want to continue building on your progress from a higher-dose program
- Looking for stress relief, emotional clarity, or deeper insight
- Interested in exploring psychedelics in a legal, regulated, and therapeutically supported environment
Since 2006, we’ve helped over 25,000 patients overcome some of life’s biggest challenges. Our Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy programs are fully insured and licensed so you can access the transformative potential in a safe and supportive environment. Our team has been thoughtfully hired and trained by Clinical Supervisor, Mark Haden, with clinical oversight from our Medical Director, Dr Pam Kryskow.
**Ketamine Therapy is facilitated by Registered Counsellors and may be reimbursed through your extended health benefits, depending on your coverage.
