Netra Suddhi Kriya – an ancient yogic eye cleansing and health-enhancing practice designed to purify and refresh the eyes, relieving tension and promoting overall eye health.
Jala Neti – a traditional Ayurvedic and yogic nasal cleansing technique that involves guiding lukewarm, saline water through the nasal passages to clear mucus, allergens, and impurities from the sinuses and nasal cavity
Dhauti – a traditional yogic purification technique and one of the six shatkarmas (shatkriyas) outlined in Hatha Yoga. It is mainly focused on the cleansing of the digestive tract, from the mouth down to the colon
