Details of this retreat
This seven-day retreat is dedicated to the practice of Hormonal Balance Yoga — a holistic approach that supports the natural harmonization of the hormonal system through movement, breath, awareness, and selected yoga techniques.
The practice approaches each participant as a whole being. It works not only with the physical body, but also with energy, emotions, mental patterns, inner balance, and the deeper connection between body and consciousness.
During the retreat, participants will be guided through exercises that gently stimulate the endocrine glands, release physical and energetic tension, and support the flow of prana — life energy — through the subtle channels known as nāḍīs. Special attention is also given to the harmonization of the energy centers — the chakras — and to the connection between the body, emotions, and the mind.
The retreat offers a supportive space to slow down, restore vitality, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with the body in a more conscious and gentle way. Through practice, participants may experience greater inner balance, clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of connection with themselves.
Set in the peaceful atmosphere of European House of Yoga Light, this retreat is suitable for those who wish to support their hormonal balance, deepen their yoga practice, and spend three days in nature, silence, practice, and inner renewal.
Participants with health concerns are encouraged to remain in contact with their doctor and to inform the retreat team in advance, so that the practice can be approached with care and responsibility.
