Over four restorative nights, you’ll be guided through mindful movement, ancient wisdom systems, modern longevity practices, experiential nutrition with all-organic ingredients, meditation, and sound healing — all in a supportive, intimate group setting. An in-depth exploration of your unique elemental makeup, weaving together traditional herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and cross-cultural ancient wisdom systems Learn how your personal composition influences energy, digestion, mood, and vitality, and how to work with it instead of against it.

Participants are guided through a gentle, supported fasting experience.

This session bridges modern research with intuitive body wisdom. Learn about intermittent fasting, cold exposure and heat therapy (i.e., cold plunges, saunas, etc.), autophagy and metabolic health, and scientifically supported longevity strategies.

Sunday: Integrating Flavor, Balance & Daily Life

This is an experiential workshop exploring how taste impacts health. Participants will sample spices and foods corresponding to each element to understand how flavors affect digestion and energy, emotional and physiological responses, and how to balance your elemental system through everyday food choices.

Serenity Stay & Spa is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, approximately 60 miles north of Denver.

Nearest International Airport:
Denver International Airport (DEN) – about 1 hour 15 minutes by car.

From Denver International Airport:
Take Peña Blvd to I-70 West, then merge onto I-25 North toward Fort Collins. Continue on I-25 North for approximately 60 miles. Take the appropriate Fort Collins exit and follow GPS directions to 40511 County Road 17.

Rental cars, shuttle services, and rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are available at the airport.

Nearest Regional Airport:
Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) – approximately 20 minutes away, serving private and limited regional flights.

We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility during your stay. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent to registered participants prior to the retreat.
