Custom Private Retreat | Deep Reset & Soul Alignment in Taos, New Mexico
Heart-centered Hatha yoga with Blue, your host. Experience the natural slowing down that comes with life on the farm, and deepen your nervous system regulation through yoga and pranayama. Rise each morning and greet the day with practice in the yurt.
A leisurely breakfast features local eggs, housemade kombucha, and greens from the garden. Midday activities are tailored to your needs—forest bathing, gardening, flower arranging, canning, somatic practices, massage (add-on), or quiet time journaling in the flower-laden succession gardens. Later, we may head to the hot springs or enjoy additional yoga.
Whether you are seeking deep rest from a full life or standing at the threshold of a new chapter, this private or small-group retreat meets you exactly where you are.
Held on the regenerative land of Harmony Taos Farm, this experience supports nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and reconnection to your deeper purpose. Through intentional time in nature, personalized guidance, and space to simply be, you are invited to slow down, listen inward, and realign with what is true for you.
This is a retreat for those ready to pause, reset, and gently step into what’s next—with greater presence, trust, and vitality.
The Setting: Harmony Taos Farm
Located in the sacred Taos Valley on the unceded ancestral lands of the Tiwa people, Harmony Taos Farm is a living sanctuary rooted in permaculture and regenerative practices. We honor the generations of wisdom of the Taos Pueblo and our kinship with the living world.
The land itself is an essential part of the experience—quiet, alive, and deeply supportive. Many guests feel a palpable sense of grounding and renewal simply by being here.
You’ll be held in a peaceful, intentionally cultivated environment where the rhythms of nature guide your process.
Your Host: Blue
Drawing on six decades of life experience, Blue creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for renewal. She is a certified yoga instructor and Certified Feldenkrais™ Practitioner. With years of study of both the body and the natural world, she offers a grounded, supportive container for rest and unwinding.
After 17 years as a successful entrepreneur, she followed a deeper calling into soul-centered work supporting personal and collective transformation. Her approach is intuitive, compassionate, and practical. You may choose to spend nourishing one-on-one time with her or simply enjoy the many magical spaces on the farm.
