During this 2-night, 3-day retreat, you are invited into a deeply nurturing space where your body can soften, your mind can quiet, and your energy can begin to restore naturally. This is an immersive, yet simple experience — not about doing more, but about returning to what truly supports you.

Through guided breathwork, calming meditations, gentle movement, and focused awareness practices, you will be supported in reconnecting with your body and inner balance. The retreat also integrates techniques inspired by Dr. Sue Morter and her work in energy medicine, helping you bring awareness back into the body, support nervous system regulation, and activate your natural vitality in a grounded, practical way.

There is nothing to perform here — only space to listen, feel, and move at your own pace. Moments of quiet reflection are woven throughout, allowing everything you experience to settle and integrate.

This retreat is a soft reset for your system — a chance to recharge, restore your vitality, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful and lasting way.

Schedule

7:30 AM – Arrival (Day 1) / Breakfast (Day 2 & Day 3)
8:00 AM – Opening session or morning guided practice (breathwork, meditation, or movement)
10:00 AM – Mid-morning session with guided techniques and teachings
11:30 AM – Break for rest, reflection, or time in nature
1:00 PM – Lunch and reset
2:00 PM – Afternoon guided session (energy practices, focus, visualization)

The closest and most convenient airport is Ontario International Airport (ONT), located approximately 45–60 minutes from the retreat. This is the recommended airport for a smooth and easy arrival.

Another option is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), about 1.5–2 hours away depending on traffic, offering more international flight options.

From the airport, we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. Rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft are also available, though availability may be limited for return trips in this area.

Detailed arrival instructions will be provided after booking to ensure a simple and stress-free experience.

Accommodation

Guests will stay in a peaceful, natural setting designed to support rest, comfort, and simplicity. This retreat hosts two guests, each with their own private sleeping space. One guest will stay in a private travel trailer, thoughtfully prepared with cozy touches and all the essential amenities. The space offers a comfortable bed, natural light, and a quiet atmosphere, creating a restful environment for deep relaxation. Just outside, there is space for sitting, breathing, and enjoying the surrounding nature. The second guest will stay in a private room inside a 4-bedroom house, with their own private bathroom. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering a sense of privacy while still being connected to the retreat environment. Both spaces are simple, peaceful, and intentionally designed — not as luxury accommodations, but as places to slow down, feel at ease, and reconnect with yourself. Guests also have access to shared outdoor areas, including the pool, gazebo, and open land, as well as the healing cabin where group sessions take place. This balance of private space and shared experience allows you to rest deeply while still feeling gently connected throughout the retreat.
