Details of this retreat

There is a kind of strength that comes from holding it all together.
And there is another kind that comes from finally letting it move.

This retreat is for the woman who is ready for the second one.

Held over the weekend of the Summer Solstice, we gather at Cedar Ridge Ranch in Carbondale, Colorado, a place that feels like it was meant for this kind of work. Wide open land. Horses moving freely. Mountain air that asks nothing of you except that you breathe.

This is not about forcing anything out of you.
It is about creating a space where what is already there can move safely.

What this weekend is about

So many of us have learned to swallow anger.
To stay composed.
To keep the peace.

Over time, that energy does not disappear. It settles into the body.

This space is for gently, intentionally, and safely allowing that energy to move.

We will work with:

somatic release practices
breath and voice
guided movement
quiet reflection
and the steady, honest presence of horses

Nothing here is performative. Nothing is forced. You will be guided, supported, and always in choice.

Rage, in this space, is not chaos.
It is information.
It is energy.
And when it is allowed to move, it often makes space for something softer underneath.

The setting:

This experience takes place at Cedar Ridge Ranch, a breathtaking property tucked into the landscape of Carbondale, Colorado.

You’ll wake up to horses just outside your door.
You’ll have space to walk, sit, breathe, and be without interruption.
You’ll receive bodywork in an open-air setting with expansive mountain views, or in a quiet indoor space designed for deeper rest.

It is the kind of place that naturally slows you down.

What’s included:
Two nights of accommodations at Cedar Ridge Ranch
(choose between shared or private rooms)
Farm to table meals, thoughtfully prepared
One personalized session
massage or Reiki, offered in a truly unique setting
Guided group experiences focused on release, reconnection, and integration
Horse connection experiences
Spacious time for rest, reflection, and being on the land
On-site therapeutic support available if you need additional grounding or processing
A glimpse into the weekend

We begin slowly on Friday. Time to arrive, settle, and land in your body.

Saturday is where we gently open into the work. You’ll be guided through somatic practices and supported release, balanced with plenty of space to step back, breathe, and integrate. Your individual session will be woven into the day, along with time to simply exist on the land.

That evening, we gather for a solstice ceremony. Grounded. Intentional. A moment to acknowledge what you are ready to let go of, and to do so in a way that feels supported and real.

Sunday is about softening. Integration. Coming back to yourself in a steadier, more spacious way before heading home.

This space is for you if:
You feel like you have been holding a lot, for a long time
You are ready to move emotions instead of managing them
You want to feel more connected to your body
You are craving space, quiet, and something real
You are open to the presence and reflection of horses

You do not need to have experience with any of this.
You do not need to arrive in any certain way.

This space is not:

This is not a place where you will be pushed past your limits.
This is not about explosive release without support.

Everything offered is trauma-informed, choice-based, and grounded in nervous system awareness.

You are always in control of your experience.

Investment:

Shared Room (Double Occupancy)
$999

Private Room (Single Occupancy)
$1,444

Payment plans are available. Your full balance simply needs to be completed before arrival.

Final note:

There is something powerful about being witnessed in your truth without needing to explain it.
There is something even more powerful about witnessing yourself in it.
If you feel a pull toward this, you can trust that.
