About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Into the Light is a 4-day women’s retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina devoted to embodied leadership, nervous system resilience and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body through nature, somatic practice and sisterhood.

Through somatic practices, herbal plant wisdom, ritual and nature immersion, this retreat supports women in releasing patterns of self-abandonment and stepping into embodied confidence, clarity and visibility.

At the threshold of summer—when the land itself is reaching toward fullness—we gather to remember the radiant intelligence that lives both in nature and within us.

This immersion is about expanding your capacity to hold your own light.

Together we will explore practices that help you:

• Strengthen nervous system resilience so visibility feels safe
• Clarify boundaries rooted in integrity
• Trust your “sacred no” and your “full-body yes”
• Transform anger into clear, protective power
• Reconnect with the wisdom of plants and the living Earth

Our retreat takes place in the ancient forests of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, where cool mountain streams, fresh air and quiet forest trails create the ideal environment for rest, reflection and renewal.

Your days will include:

• Somatic movement and nervous system regulation practices
• Herbal plant wisdom and flower essence exploration
• Guided circle and relational practices for authentic connection
• Time in nature, including swimming in mineral-rich mountain waters
• Spacious time for rest, reflection and integration

You’ll leave feeling:

✨ Deeply nourished and genuinely supported
✨ Enlivened, embodied and aligned in your direction
✨ Confident in your feminine presence and voice
✨ Connected in authentic sisterhood
✨ Clear, grounded and rooted in your truth

If you feel the call to become more visible—more embodied, more aligned in how you express your truth—we invite you to gather with us.

Why This Retreat Is Different

Many retreats promise transformation. What makes this one unique is the way we approach it: slowly, relationally and with deep respect for the intelligence of the body.

Rather than pushing breakthrough experiences or emotional intensity, this retreat focuses on building the inner steadiness that allows real change to take root.

Our approach weaves together:

• Somatic practices that support nervous system resilience
• Herbal plant wisdom and direct relationship with the living landscape
• Thoughtfully facilitated group dialogue that honors each woman’s pace
• Ritual and archetypal exploration grounded in psychological integration
• Spacious time in nature for rest, reflection and organic insight

The retreat is intentionally limited to a small group of women, allowing for genuine connection and attentive facilitation.

Our goal is not to overwhelm you with experiences, but to create a carefully held environment where clarity, confidence and authentic expression can naturally emerge.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is designed for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a more grounded and authentic way of living.

It may be especially supportive if you are:

• Navigating a transition or seeking greater clarity in your life
• Ready to strengthen your boundaries and trust your inner “yes” and “no”
• Feeling the desire to be more visible or aligned in your work and relationships
• Curious about somatic practices, herbal wisdom and nature-based learning
• Longing for meaningful connection with other thoughtful women
• Needing rest, nourishment and time in nature to reset your nervous system

No prior experience with somatic work, herbalism or ritual is required.

The Transformation You Can Expect

This retreat is designed to support a renewed sense of clarity, steadiness and connection to yourself.

Through somatic practice, time in nature and thoughtful group dialogue, you’ll have the opportunity to notice where you may be overriding your needs, softening your boundaries or carrying tension that no longer serves you.

Rather than pushing dramatic breakthroughs, the work we explore together focuses on building the inner resilience that allows meaningful change to take root.

Over the course of the retreat, you may begin to experience:

• Greater ease and comfort in your body
• Clearer boundaries and priorities
• More confidence expressing yourself honestly
• A steadier response to stress or intensity
• A deeper sense of connection with nature and your own inner guidance

Many women find that the most meaningful shift comes quietly: a growing sense that they can show up in their lives with more presence, clarity and self-trust—without bracing or shrinking.
