The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you and the group. From rituals and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful lands - there will be a balance of deep transformative work, and time to fill yourself up.
This will be more than an escape — this is a vacation and revival for your soul, an opportunity to find inspiration and a renewed sense of self, nurture your feminine radiance and embrace your mysterious and sensual nature, fully.
During our time together, we'll explore the art of renewal through tailored tantric practices and meditative methods and shared moments of reflection amidst the serene landscape.
Each day we will have a morning, and afternoon or evening workshop with Rachel.
These experiences will be active, embodied and connected.
Between rituals and workshops, we will have delicious meals, time to relax and take nature hikes and walks around the stunning property surroundings.

Can Vital is just outside Barcelona, nestled in the charming village of Mediona.
It is located approximately 67 kilometers (42 miles) southwest of Barcelona.
If you're driving, you can usually make the trip in about an hour, depending on how traffic's flowing.
Public transport like trains or buses might take around 1.5 to 2 hours or so.

From the airport, you have various options to reach Barcelona city center:* Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminals and can take you directly to your destination in Barcelona. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
*Airport Shuttle: Aerobús is a convenient shuttle service that runs between the airport and Barcelona city center. It operates frequently and stops at key locations in the city.
*Train: The RENFE train service connects the airport to Barcelona's main train stations, including Barcelona Sants and Passeig de Gràcia. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
*Metro: Barcelona Metro Line 9 Sud connects the airport to various metro stations in the city. You can transfer to other metro lines to reach your final destination.
