About this Retreat
Alyse Snyder is an Eastern Medicine doctor who utilizes integrative and frequency medicine to access spirit, body, mind and soul healing. She is a lover of travel, art, and all things cosmos. Merging the inner psyche with the outer being, she is immersed in heart-centered medicine and sharing her gifts through human connection, sound healing, crystals, acupuncture, Reiki, and other holistic healing modalities. Her passion is to help others tap into their energetic force field, utilize more of their intuition, and discover self healing rituals.
Marybeth Brady is the Founder of Wild Heart Yoga in Austin, TX, where she serves her local and global community through public classes, workshops, sound healing experiences, local and international Yoga Teacher Trainings & Holistic Wellness Retreats, and events.
A lunar lover, intuitive, astrology muse, crystal enthusiast, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, mama bear, and inspired by the vast and brilliant Universe, she believes in the divine connection to Earth and the Cosmos and the ancestral wisdom we all possess that connects us to both planes. Marybeth is deeply connected to energy and uses both sound frequency and Reiki to explore these depths as a student and teacher. She teaches heartfelt and thought-provoking classes and experiences curated to expand our consciousness and reawaken our wild hearts.

Directions
Castro Valley is located in the heart of the East Bay in Northern California. The property is part of the unincorporated forested region of Castro Valley.
Castro Valley is located just 20 minutes from the Oakland Airport and 45 minutes from San Francisco. We recommend landing in Oakland Airport or San Francisco in the morning on July 13th, and departing after 2pm on July 16th.
There is a car park just behind the ranch for those arriving to the house by car.

Accommodation
The property includes a beautiful two story home with three large decks - one for dining, one with large two-person hammocks and a patio with a fire pit, and one for enjoying the view with a cup of tea or coffee, or taking a warm soak in the outdoor jacuzzi. There is a living room with rustic stone fireplace and an additional family room perfect for meals and connection.
CV Gratitude Suite
The exquisite master bedroom with breathtaking views and an expansive private deck to enjoy. Inside you'll find two canopy double beds, a large area for personal space items, and two cozy slipper chairs.
The ensuite bathroom is large and private. Relax with a private bath in the old-fashioned tub and handheld sprayer.
Extra pillows, blankets, and towels are conveniently located in the nearest linen closet for convenience.
CV Grace Suite
An elegant and spacious master bedroom with stunning canyon views from the room's private deck. This luxe room features two queen-sized beds, a large area for personal space and items, and two comfortable sitting areas.
The room's private bathroom features a large dual shower and a privacy glass window with canyon views.
Extra pillows and linens are located in the closet at the top of the stairwell if needed.
CV Unity Suite
The tranquil downstairs room with a shared bathroom is centrally located in the home. The suite offers two double beds, a spacious armoire, and ample sunlight entering from the large window. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and heating. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. The shared bathroom is nearby for convenience.
CV Affinity Suite
Your lovely private room includes a comfortable queen-size bed and a convenient fold-down sleeper sofa. The room also features a very large armoire offering plenty of space for personal items, and two large wingback chairs to get cozy.
The bathroom with a shower is conveniently located right next to the room ensuring easy access during your stay.
Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the armoire for your convenience.
CV Harmony Suite
The charming downstairs room with shared bathroom is conveniently situated in the three-room hallway near the kitchen. With views of the surrounding woodsy area, this room offers a serene escape.
Inside you will find two double beds and a spacious armoire for your belongings. Stay comfortable with heating and air conditioning. A large shared bathroom is located at the end of the hallway for easy access.
Extra pillows and blankets are provided for your convenience.
CV Synergy Suite
Your charming private suite with a light, cute, and airy atmosphere.
This suite offers one cozy double bed a spacious armoire for personal items, two large wingback chairs, and a convenient desk. The small private bathroom features a compact shower.
