Details of this retreat

A visionary weekend retreat for women who are ready to cross the threshold - guided by deep reflective practices, sacred walks and the transformational power of a new story.

There are times in life when the story we have been living no longer supports or sustains us.  We may find ourselves adrift in a sea of confusion and uncertainty, not knowing how to move forward. These threshold moments, though often uncomfortable, carry within them the seeds of our deepest transformation. We discover that uncertainty is not the absence of wisdom but it's very birthplace. And that to step into this liminal space, we are asked to become dreamers of a new dream, storytellers and myth makers, mapmakers and alchemists ready to transform the grit of our past into the gold of a re-imagined vision. This takes wisdom, imagination and the courage to begin again.

Where the Path Speaks is an invitation to answer that call.  Set against the sacred landscape of a mountain retreat, you are invited to cross the threshold and explore your enlivened new story with new eyes, guided by deep listening, reflective journaling, mandala drawing, transformational storytelling and the illuminating power of the Seven Lanterns, a framework to support you on your unique journey.  You will leave having seeded your new vision with clear intention and courageous becoming.

Schedule

Spend time at the Abode, hiking our vast network of forest and mountain heights. Walk through our herbal gardens. Visit the organic farm. Spend time in the courtyard, meeting new folks, and listening to the birds. Or walk down country roads in solitude. We are a few minutes away from New Lebanon, NY, where you can find an organic grocery store, restaurants and stores.
