Truth
My recent journey at Arkana was not about visions or stories I simply came to listen. It was about truth. It was about understanding that life itself is a song and the medicine only helps you hear the parts you have forgotten. What I received there was not a performance. It was alignment. It was the reminder that my path is strongest when I live from my centre and not from the noise around me.

The shamans reflected my light back to me in a way that was simple and honest. Not inflated. Not romanticised. Just truth. When I sang icaros on my toilet journeys during ceremony they came from a place deeper than my throat, They came from my chest, from my heart, from a part of me that wakes up when the plants speak. For the first time I felt completely safe inside myself. Safe to open. Safe to feel. Safe to let my voice be carried by something bigger than me.
Arkana was not an escape it was a complete recalibration. It stripped away what was left of the stories and left only the essence. The medicine made it clear that the path forward is about singing my own song, not repeating the echoes of others. My work is to stay aligned,to stay honest with myself and to act from the truth that lives in my body already. When I step out of that alignment, I feel it immediately. When I return to it, everything flows again.
This journey finally showed me that I am not invisible. My light is real. My presence is felt. But it is not something to hold onto with an ego. It is something to live from. Something to serve with. Something to protect.

Arkana reminded me that the plants do not want stories. They want sincerity. They want intention. They want you to listen. When you listen, your life becomes a song that guides you. A song that clears what is heavy. A song that brings you back to who you truly are.

This was my second time at Arkana it was an experience to return to truth. A return to myself and a reminder that the path ahead is not about becoming anything. It is about remembering. It is about standing in my own medicine and letting my song move through me with clarity, love and purpose!

During ceremony when I looked up at the roof of the maloca I could feel Jose’s energy and love reflected back at me, and it would make me smile without even trying. Every structure, every detail, every part of the space carries that presence and makes you feel completely held.
The facilitators are genuinely beautiful humans and the light they carry is immense. You feel it in the way they hold space and move through the work. The shamans also became very meaningful to me. By the end of the retreat it felt as if they had become my brothers and sisters.
Love all serve all 💜💜💜

Simply Lifechanging
My recent visit to the Arkana Spiritual Center jungle location simply couldn't have been better. From the rooms to the staff to the food, everything was first class and exceeded expectations. The shamans all genuinely cared for us and were always willing to answer questions or work with us, even outside of ceremonies. I cannot recommend this place more!

Powerful medicine + incredible people + right relation to community & land
I was fortunate to attend ceremony at both Arkana’s Amazon and Sacred Valley locations. I’ve been working with plant medicine for more than twenty years, and I’ve never seen a team blend Shipibo healing so beautifully with proven Eastern practices like breathwork, yoga, and sound healing. The container they create is truly special.

The shamans are deeply rooted in the lineage, the facilitators are warm, knowledgeable, and accessible, the food is delicious, and the accommodations are top-notch.

I would enthusiastically recommend both Arkana locations to anyone who feels the authentic call to sit with the medicine.

Ayahuasca Retreat
Arkana is, without question, the most extraordinary healing center on the planet. I’ve visited many places on this path, and none come close to the level of intention, care, and mastery woven into every detail here. The facilitators feel almost otherworldly in their wisdom and presence, and the medicines they work with are nothing short of transformative.

Peru now holds a piece of my spirit, and for that, I’ll forever be grateful to Arkana. If you’ve ever doubted that magic exists, spend time at one of their centers—you’ll leave with a very different understanding of you and of the world. The shamans are truly enchanted beings, so profoundly gifted that they don’t just guide you… they shift the very core of your soul.

Loving kindness
From the bottom of my heart, I thank the Arkana family for creating this safe space where more people can experience the loving embrace and healing powers of Mother Ayahuasca. I am eternally grateful to the shamans for showing us the path and guiding us through this journey, Maestra Justina, Maestro Louis, Maestro Herminio, Maestra Margarita, Maestra Ada and Maestro Idael. Words cannot describe their healing icaros and loving protection, and the beauty in a family so dedicated to healing the world. Their lightness, joy and laughter makes you appreciate life. And I have so much gratitude for the facilitators (or as a friend better put, “spiritual nurses”) who showed us such unconditional love and support all day and night. Thank you Luke, Crystal, Elsa, Matt, Raimundo, Liz. The work they do is not easy and you could truly feel that they are doing this out of the pure goodness of their heart. Bless these beautiful souls and their loving hearts. The term facilitators doesn’t do them justice because what they do is so much more and it would have been impossible to go through this journey without them. The unconditional love and support that they showed us has renewed my faith and hope in humanity, we really need more people like them in this world. The wisdom in the plant medicine cannot be explained. And I am grateful to Arkana for providing such an authentic and safe environment to receive such wisdom. I have to admit that as a city girl, I was concerned about being in the jungle. But it was 100% the right decision because there is nothing like receiving medicine from the source and I felt truly connected with Mother Ayahuasca and the divine.
