Schedule

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

Welcome to your Medicine Spirit journey. The first day focuses on settling in, building community, and preparing your mind, body, and spirit for the work ahead. Through gentle rituals, group sharing, and personalized preparation, sharing a nourishing meal together, we create a foundation of safety and connection.

Day 2: Ceremony

The heart of our iboga retreat experience. After mindful preparation, spending time in Nature, and clarifying intentions, we enter ceremony together, where experienced facilitators guide you through your all night Iboga journey with attentiveness and care. Our approach honors the medicine's wisdom while ensuring you feel supported at every step.

Day 3: Recovery & Integration

Perhaps the most important day of your journey. Most people continue to feel the subtle effects of the Medicine throughout the day. This is a day for both personal resting and reflection time, as well as group sharing allowing insights to settle in and take root. We also offer optional activities like hot spring visits, nature walks, and embodiment activities.

Day 4: Embodiment & Community

Today focuses on embodying the wisdom gained and strengthening community bonds. We start the day with an early morning temazcal sweat lodge ceremony to wash away the residue and step fresh into your new life. In the afternoon we offer optional day excursions to local hot springs, waterfalls, or other sacred spots to continue the integration of bringing your insights back into everyday life.

Day 5: Transition to 2nd Ceremony

Today will be a continuation of embodiment and community transitioning into the 2nd Iboga Ceremony in the evening. Some people will depart home, some fresh faces will arrive, while those that remain continue to rest, process, and integrate their experience in preparation for the evening ceremony, which often allows people to go deeper into the psycho spiritual healing work this Medicine provides.

Day 6: Recovery & Integration

Today will be a day of recovery, rest and integration from the previous night's ceremony. People retire to their personal spaces, rest, journal, or spend time in nature. Experienced facilitators are present to help you process, understand, and integrate your experience. We reconvene again in the evening for a nourishing community meal and community sharing.

Day 7: Embodiment & Community

Today is similar to Day 4, and focuses on embodying the wisdom gained and strengthening community bonds. We start the day with an early morning temazcal sweat lodge ceremony. In the afternoon we offer optional day excursions to local hot springs, waterfalls, or other sacred spots to continue the integration of bringing your insights back into everyday life.

Day 8: Closing & Departure

Before returning home, we gather for a final meal and ceremony to honor your journey and set intentions for continued integration. You'll leave with specific tools and practices to continue your healing process.

The Rest of Your Life!

The Medicines and experiences of this retreat will leave you truly transformed and empowered. Taking the new you back into your life is where the real work begins. We are available to continue to support your journey of embodying your transformation along your path forward.
