What Awaits You in This Retreat
Living with Ease — A New Perspective on Life
Learn how specifically refined practices, both physically and mentally, can soften physical tension and inner resistance. We’ll explore how right understanding, breath, and relaxation help you to cooperate with your body and mind, rather than life being a struggle.
Living with Vitality
Vitality is not measured by youth, but by energy, presence, and inner magnetism. With specific yoga postures, simple energization exercises, meditation, and conscious contemplation, you’ll reconnect with the life force that sustains clarity, enthusiasm, and purpose.
Call on Your Inner Maturity Gained from Life Experience
Years of living bring not only physical changes, but also deep wisdom, resilience, and spiritual insight. Bring out the strengths you’ve gained in areas of greater perspective, emotional steadiness, patience, discernment, compassion, and the ability to respond thoughtfully rather than react. Pinpoint what characteristics to enhance, and what you might need to change.
Living with Grace
Explore how grace is not something we lose with time, but something we grow into. Through discussion, meditation, and reflection, discover how attunement to divine grace allows life to flow with greater trust, dignity, and inner support.
Living with Joy
Joy is the soul’s natural state. Through devotional practices, shared inspiration, and quiet inward attunement, you’ll be guided back to the joy that exists independent of circumstances—and grows stronger with spiritual maturity.
Discover how your later years can become one of life’s most beautiful and liberating chapters. Return home with new perspectives, new insights, and practical tools for meeting change with grace—along with a renewed sense of purpose, inner freedom, and confidence in the wisdom you carry within.
