We’re so excited for you coming to stay with us for a weekend of love, laughter, and magic in the mountains! We wanted our wedding to be an experience vs an event, and what better way to do that than invite you to adult sleep-away camp. We are looking forward to you coming stay with us in a beautiful setting to relax, connect, and celebrate our big day!

This 3-day, 2-night package from Friday, September 11th to Sunday, September 13th includes the following:
-Two nights stay at Beyul
-Friday dinner, Saturday brunch and wedding dinner, Sunday breakfast before check-out

For those wanting to begin your weekend of relaxation earlier, you can arrive on Thursday, September 10th which will include:
-Three nights stay at Beyul
-Thursday dinner, Friday brunch and dinner, Saturday brunch and wedding dinner, Sunday breakfast before check-out

All gourmet meals, feature fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.





 



Our wedding weekend will be held at Beyul Retreat, a magical mountain hideaway surrounded by the wild beauty of the White River National Forest. It’s 32 acres of pure peace — with ponds, creeks, waterfalls, and the gentle flow of the Frying Pan River winding through it all. You can hike straight from your cabin into the forest without ever getting in a car.
The lodging is a cozy mix of historic, hand-built cabins and lodges, each one a little different — some tucked among the trees, others overlooking the river — but all filled with warmth and charm. When you’re not soaking in the mountain views, you can relax in the hot tub, sauna, or cold plunge, wander along the trails, or just sit by the water with a cup of something warm. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, laughter echoes through the trees, and the stars feel impossibly close.




 

Cancellation Policy: If life throws you a curveball and you can’t make it to the mountains with us, just let us know as soon as possible—we may have a standby list of folks ready to grab your spot and celebrate 😊 Unfortunately, cancellations within one month of arrival (after August 11th) may not be refundable due to venue policies.

We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including "cancel for any reason" coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
