EVOLEAD is not just a retreat, but a 3-month hybrid personal developmental and growth journey for leaders, changemakers and other pioneering minds. As part of EvoLEAD, we offer a 4-day immersive retreat specifically designed for people who want to go deep and gain new insight on themselves personally and professionally - to re-discover what leadership means to them. However, crucially, the program includes a 3-week preparation and 2-month aftercare phase with multiple virtual group integration sessions as well as 4 one-on-one coaching sessions with expert coaches. Through this customised and personal support we can make sure you get the most out of your experience and translate the insights effectively into your day-to-day-life.

The team is very warm and welcoming yet professional in facilitation and highly experienced coaching. Uniquely among retreat providers, Evolute has a ratio of facilitators to participants of 1:2 - so everyone can be attuned to in depth and feel safe and well taken care of. We always have a medical doctor on-site (Charlotte), and lovely and experienced professional facilitators and guides (Patrick, Naomi, Dmitrij, Elsa and Christopher) who support you on your journey and in your process. The medical-psychological screening is done by Sarah, our experienced M.D. specialized in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy.

We also take great care of group curation, i.e. selecting participants and creating a good group fit and making sure everyone gets to know each other well before the retreat and build trust. Different from other providers, we also have a curriculum with great content for preparation, on-site and integration - the framing of the work really matters for the outcome and we have our own view on this work which is undogmatic and centres on the participant's intention and process. We situate our work in a context of leadership, i.e. reflecting on how we show up in the world and moving towards fully unfolding our potential in this life - at home, at our jobs, and in our communities and ecosystems.
We don't claim to be shamans but see ourselves as professionals rooted in Western ontology and epistemology, yet we integrate wisdom from Taoism and Buddhism as well as contemplative practices from the East. We are also wary of people who claim to be "healers" - we see ourselves more as open-hearted professionals who are in service of your journey towards wholeness, integration and growth, and supportive of helping you realise the full scope of your agency, potential and leadership in this world. We have a background in medical science and psychology, in business training and leadership and executive coaching, and in highly attuned and trauma-informed facilitation.

People always note that we accompany them in a highly professional, highly personalized and intimate way through their development and growth journey over the course of 3 months, while fostering an exceptionally strong group container of like-minded and like-hearted people. For this work, trust is decisive - trust into the facilitators and trust into the group. It's our great focus to make sure the group container is as safe and supportive as possible, so you can really let go and go deep. If the container is not well established, your nervous system (which is very intelligent) will notice and prevent you from going deep. This is often an issue with large-group retreats or where the facilitation is not so professional or well done or where there are only 2-3 guides on-site for a group of 10 or more people. We don't compromise on the quality of our retreat programs and have a high number of excellent, experienced and very warm-hearted staff for you on-site. If your intention is to go deep, you shouldn't compromise on quality, safety, preparation, retreat length or integration time. Contrary to what some people might think, it's not so much about the legal psilocybin-containing truffles, but what happens around the ceremony that creates the depth of the impact and the sustainability of the effects... Over many cohorts we have optimised the flow of our program to be most effective to support people in their quest for self-exploration and deep inner work. We find that 1 high-dose psilocybin ceremony on Day 2 (preceded by breathwork on Day 1) and 2 days of integration on-site (Days 3 and 4) are optimal for participants processes, complemented by 2 months of integration support.
