About this Retreat
Lynn is a Registered Nurse, Colon Hydrotherapist, mother(and grandmother!) She has a deep passion for dance, movement and a lifelong interest in health, alternative medicine, human potential, entheogens, and other esoteric subjects. She continues to work summers at a retreat center in upstate NY where she has worked the past 25 years, but now happily escapes winter! She and Todd have been hosting individual or small group retreats here in Costa Rica since 2012 and love sharing this magical healing land with you.
Todd is a massage therapist and man of many talents; an artist, craftsman, designer and builder. He’s lived many lives; a fireman, a farmer, a photographer, and natural food store owner. Now he’s loving being on this land, gardening, making paths, cooking, doing a little qigong, watching the monkeys and toucans.
Diane KALI is a student of YOGA and the healing arts. For the past 28 years, she has dedicated her life to the mastery of the practice on every level.
Her Yoga journey began in NEW YORK CITY in the 90’s.
The very first yoga class was a lifting of a veil, a loosening of a deep knot and a glimpse at her true nature. The memory of her mother practicing yoga and a feeling of true happiness came to rest in her body mind and soul.
She knew instantly that YOGA was her path. Years passed with yoga being part of her daily ritual. The love for the yogic life lead her to take teacher trainings with many Masters of Yoga. Their guidance lead her to make pilgrimages to Mysore India to study at KPJAYI (Krishna Pattabi Jois Yoga Institute). Saraswati Jois, her teacher was the first woman to teach yoga in India.
She made her home in Upstate New York and was introduced to Khadija Radin of the Mevlevi order of America and Koshin David Radin osho of the Ithaca Zen Center. They were her Primary teachers of Sufism and Zen Buddhism for 20 years.
The Healing Arts have also been part of her studies. She has studied with healers and for the past 10 years she has sat in ceremony with the healing medicine of Peru and South America.
With a family and many life lessons weaved into her years of practice, she has always returned to YOGA. She believes YOGA has the power to transform and heal lives.
It is her intension to share all she has learned as her service to humanity.

We invite you on a journey.
Hidden away from the world we have a safe and secure space for this transformational event.
This experience is for those who feel ready, curious, and courageous.
We are not therapists or shamans, merely fellow travelers and experienced psychonauts.
We expect a group of 3-5 participants. The group will work together to support each other before and after our journey but ultimately this is an individual journey, not a group event.
We will be 100% there for you, you’ll be supported and safe.
