About this Retreat
Tiff has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 22 years and is currently a Holistic Strength Coach and Reiki Practitioner in Huntington Beach, CA and online. In 2018 she started Strength and Sand Retreats in an effort to combine her love of travel with her love of helping women celebrate their greatness and step into their power. Tiff has a mission to bring women of different backgrounds and experiences together for empowering destination retreats that they'll never forget.
Credentials - MS - Exercise Science, Ex-College & Professional Athlete, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach, Reiki Practitioner; Retreat Facilitator.
Crystal has an education and background in mental health and spiritual studies and believes that they go hand in hand. She has attended and facilitated several retreats and currently works with clients online utilizing Astrology, Kundalini Yoga, the Akashic Records, Numerology, Human Design, Reiki, and Intuitive messages with Tarot and Oracle cards to access guidance and support the awakening journey. She is passionate about helping people remember who they are. Who they REALLY are before all the pain AND after all the heartache. Reminding them that they are connected to themselves and to something higher.

The theme of this retreat is "In Your Element." We'll be working with the beautiful energy of earth, water, air, and fire and all that they have to teach us about ourselves. We'll also be diving into the four quadrants of our being: physical (earth), emotional (water), mental (air), and spiritual (fire) and how they can show us ways that we may be out of balance or moving in cycles that no longer serve us, as well as how strong and powerful we are!

If you fly into California, the closest airports are: Palm Springs (PSP) - 37 mi, Ontario (ONT) - 89 mi, John Wayne (SNA) - 117 mi, and Los Angeles (LAX) - 143 mi. You could rent a car, take a shuttle, or potentially ride share with another attendee. We will try to coordinate ride shares if you'd like. We will give attendees the address of the retreat location after sign up. There is plenty of parking on site.

The main house of The Mystic Sky Desert Ranch is a spacious and luminous retreat, adorned with large windows that allow the desert sunlight to flood in, and a prominent firepit that beckons cozy nights under the desert stars. With a myriad of inviting corners and spaces, it provides the perfect environment to bond, relax, and connect. Among the offerings of this unique property is The Healing Studio, which promises its own vortex experience. In this space we will hold kundalini yoga (for all levels), sound healing, and reiki healing. Here, guests can find a special connection to the energy of the land and the spirit of the desert. The outdoor amenities are just as enchanting. We'll have outdoor dining, bask in the hot tub and cold plunge, and when the stars come out we'll have bonfires and hammock stargazing.
