In October 2024 we will return to the incredibly beautiful Son Blanc Farmhouse for the first Back to Garden Retreat.



This retreat programme is designed to bring you Back to the Garden of your soul, to cultivate the mind, body and soul connection and regulate the nervous system so we can truly BE the BEINGS we need to be for ourselves and each other in these times.
 I believe and moreover I witness, that more than ever before, we absolutely need to return home to ourselves, to feel safe, to be able to relax and to be able to step into the fullness of our own self healing.

This is a MULTI LEVEL JOURNEY with deep focus on the bio plasticity, which means focusing on balancing the hormones, balancing the cortisone and the adrenalin to regulate the nervous system so we flow into the new year from a balanced perspective.
On a physical level, we will focus on the somatic release of trapped energy in the body, we will shake a lot, we will stretch a lot and we will open up the physical vessel a lot.
On a mental level, we will focus on the release of anxiety and stress in the field, creating serotonin, releasing endorphins, flooding the system with dopamine and creating a lot of anandamide which is the bliss molecule.
On a spiritual level, we will focus on connecting to the divine inside and the return to the heart.
 On a quantum level we will open up an intentional quantum field of healing.
We will reside at the exquisitely beautiful Son Blanc, an exceptional property which is truly founded on sustainability alongside utter luxury.
 We will dine by the pool for brunch, under the olive trees for our snacks and by candlelight on the terrace for dinner.
The food offering is also amazing here, with pretty much all the food coming from the farm itself and the dishes that are created are simply stunning.
