My name is Trish. I am a multi dimensional energy healing therapist, I teach Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and Reiki and I lead healing retreats and programmes around the world.
I have been practising the healing arts for over 20 years and teaching Kundalini Yoga and hosting retreats since 2013.
Healing is absolutely my main focus and I work with an open heart to facilitate helping people embrace life and move further along their own path to HEALING, to happiness, to harmony, joy and love and to living a more full life IN THEIR POWER.
I love Kundalini Yoga I teach SHAMANIC KUNDALINI YOGA which is Kundalini Yoga through the lens of Shamanism. I have been a shamanic practitioner for almost 15 years and i work with the elements, with the natural forces of nature and essentially THE ENERGY.
I am trained in the Kundalini Global way of teaching which is a radically inclusive approach, teaching without dogma, teaching in a way that is informed regarding WHAT is actually happening whilst practicing but also always working with the mystery and the energy that is coming through.
I truly believe that these practices are one of the greatest blessings we have, as human beings, at this time. Kundalini Yoga transforms and really helps us to connect to ourselves, the world we live in and the quantum field of endless possibilities.
We can move through blocks quickly and we can be OUR OWN HEALER.
I work with the sacred vibration of the gong to bring about release, healing and moving energetic blocks and incorporate the gong into a lot of my healing modalities.
I love to share the retreat experience and it is an honour to hold this space where people can really MEET THEMSELVES.
In 2022 I will be presenting retreats in Ireland and Menorca with a Guatemala date to be added for November.
In recent years I also work more online, for obvious reasons and Im loving life without borders! Theres lots of complimentary content in my online clubhouse.

Details of this retreat
I’m delighted to invite you to join me for KISS THE EARTH, a deeply healing Soul Adventure in an incredibly beautiful finca in Mallorca.
This will be our first offering in Mallorca and we will meet the earth here with the breathtaking backdrop of the UNESCO heritage, Serra de Tramuntana.
The Kiss the Earth concept is one that invites us to tread lightly on the earth, to honour the earth, to connect to the earth, to be received and held by the earth and in this deep connection, to allow ourselves to deeply relax and heal.
The weave of this programme will be a mix of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing and we will have three sessions per day, which will be two classes each in the morning and evening and a workshop after brunch.
We will reside in an utterly exquisite situation surrounded by forest, which is also home to Mallorca's oldest pine tree and is alongside an archaeological site with caves nestled into the mountain wall.
As ever nature is really the true healer and alongside our classes in the dedicated yoga shala, we will also be outside as much as possible, immersed in the nature and enjoying the forests.
Our menu, designed by my long time favourite chef Cristina, will be macrobiotic, organic, with an earthy theme and as always super healing and delicious.
All the bedrooms are unique and en suite and we will enjoy the beauty of residing in a property that is over 400 years old and the oldest in the region. The views will take your breath away.
As always there will be plenty of time to really recharge during these days together and the afternoons are free for relaxing and for additional therapies to enhance the experience, or simply lounging by the gorgeous pool.
I so very much look forward to spending these days with you here in this incredibly beautiful fairytale like place, which feels like the dream location to present this powerful programme.

All the bedrooms are unique and en suite and some include private terraces or patios
Bañyalbufar Suite
The perfect room located on the ground floor with an entrance from the reception. This spacious suite features high ceilings, a fireplace, ensuite bathroom, a large desk and its own charming patio, offering plenty of privacy.
Palma Suite
A lovely corner suite featuring a high ceiling and large windows with views of the valley of Calvià and the mountain peak, Puig de Galatzó. It offers a seating area and a private balcony, as well as a large bathroom with original Majorcan stone features.
Deiá Suite
The stairs from the courtyard leads up to this charming room with a private balcony facing the courtyard. With a spacious ensuite bathroom and your own private terrace facing the garden.
Valldemossa Suite
A charming and light-filled suite with a double bed and a comfy sofa bed. The room is located on the ground floor and is accessed from the dining room and has a spacious bathroom ensuite.
Sóller Suite
This room will be configured as a twin and is sold to those who are happy to share with a stranger or for friends/family wanting to travel together. The price shown is per person sharing
The narrow spiral stairway will lead you up to this gorgeous room located high up in the old defense tower. The room features exposed beams and beautiful views over the garden, the courtyard and the dreamy landscape of Calvià. It has a lovely charming bathroom and one level up to the spacious and private roof terrace with stunning views over the landscape.
Esporles Suite
A lovely double room located in the old defense tower, featuring high ceiling, exposed beams and views over the courtyard, the mountains and the dreamy landscape of Calvià. The charming bathroom with bathtub features a stone arch, showcasing what was once the former entrance of the tower.
Pollença Suite
Located in the old building, this double room features high ceiling and exposed beams with views over the courtyard, the mountains and the dreamy landscape of Calvià. The spacious bathroom has a large window allowing the crisp light of the sun to shine through.
Calvià Suite
A cozy double room with a spacious bathroom is located in the old building, featuring high ceiling and exposed beams, with views over the courtyard, the mountains and the dreamy landscape.
