Nate Moore is a lifetime martial artist, trainer, and bodyworker. Nate studied Movement and Sports Science at Purdue University, where he was a team captain on the wrestling team. He was a professional MMA fighter for 8 years and fought for the Strikeforce promotion.
Now, Nate is an experienced trainer and bodyworker in Costa Rica. He is the creator of H.O.M.E. Hands On Massage Experience and AMP Jitsu. Both businesses have recieved raving reviews online for superior service and expertise.

Schedule
You can start your day with fresh fruit juice, coconut water, detox tea, or probiotic fruit soda.
Morning sessions can include massage therapy, detox treatments, or mobility and movement.
Brunch will be served by the Yogi Chef.
Afternoon sessions can include private lessons for self-defense, jiu jitsu, and MMA. I can also teach workshops on probiotic recipes and detox protocols.
Dinner will be served by the Yogi Chef.
Evenings can be open for adventure and cultural exploration. Enjoy a nice sunset at your cabin or at the beach.

Directions
As you drive towards San Isidro on HWY 243, exit to your right after you pass the San Jose/Puntarenas border. It will be the first turn after the yellow tire. The neighborhood is the Valley of Horses. Take the road all the way until you pass the waterfalls. Keep going, and turn right at the pond. The property is directly across from the pond. I will greet you at the entrance of the property.

Accommodation
You will have your own private cabin with plenty of space, peace and quiet, and mountain views. Your cabin has a kitchen, private bath, queen bed, two twin beds, and a large deck with a table and chairs. The cabin is surrounded by an active fruit forrest, and you can smell the flowers from your cabin as the hummingbirds fly by. The cabin is away from the highway, down a private road. It is very quiet, aside from the sounds of the wildlife. The training space is a short walk away from your cabin, where your host, Nate Moore will be staying. He can help you with anything you need. If you drive, you will have a private parking space that is covered. If you don\'t drive, a taxi can be arranged if you want to visit a nearby town or beach.

Your private cabin is surrounded by a fruit forest and faces a beautiful view of the valley.
