What is Feeding Your Demons?
Feeding Your Demons is a five-step method created by Lama Tsultrim Allione which has benefited thousands worldwide and from every walk of life on five continents. The work transcends spiritual constructs, serving as a meaningful tool for anybody, regardless of religious affiliation or personal philosophy.
A ‘demon’ refers to the disruptive aspects of our own psyche, such as anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, or disease. Demons are often relegated to the dark recesses of our minds and fester there as we either repress- or ‘fight’ against them. This adversarial relationship with our demons is the very thing that polarizes our psyche. In our attempts to overcome our ‘shadow’, we become more enmeshed with it and our demons gain strength.

This practice is accessible to all and teaches us how to befriend that which scares us the most.

For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination from all visitors and residents of Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our guests.
