As a Yoga Therapist, Konty’s offering of yoga is enthused by an eclectic background in the movement arts (Classical – BharatNatyam Dancer, Choreographer of Bollywood Contemporary Dance style & Rhythmic Gymnastics).
He believes in harmonizing Body, Mind & will through a unique blend of yogic styles & allowing the spirit to play. Intention is to “transpire” yoga as a sacred & advantageous means to research into subtle aspects of Mind, Body & Energy, teaching that when conditions of compassion & acknowledgement are present, transformation happens exponentially.
Shubham was born brought up in Pune, Central India. A yoga enthusiast from the age of 4, Shubham always dreamt about being a Yoga Sadhaka whose aim is to add value to people’s life by imparting the knowledge of Yoga to benefit the human life at all stages.
By practicing patience since childhood & learning yoga techniques from his Guru Ms. Anjali (Mother), he likes to share his practical & theoretical knowledge of yoga in a disciplined & systematic manner to bring real transformation in Yoga practitioners across Globe.
Shubham teaches Traditional Hatha, Traditional Vinyasa & Restorative styles of yoga at professional level, apart from sharing the Knowledge of Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology by combining the science with the spiritual dimensions of yoga. Shubham received various certificates & titles from Kaivalyadham, a well-known Yoga Institute in central India on successful completion of different yoga programs.
Being a big devotee of Bhagavan Shiva & Buddha, he is known for his spiritual short name ‘ShuBu’ in the yogic field. Influenced by Yoga at an early age, his ultimate purpose is to give everyone the best possible Experience in life. He has been teaching different styles of Yoga, physiology & Anatomy in various Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) & Yoga Teacher Training programs & various platforms since 2013.

200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Goa - India is an unequalled three weeks of complete immersion course which is ideally not only for individuals aspiring to establish themselves as holistic yoga teachers in any part of the world but also for those wishing to experience the life changing movement. This course will present you 03 styles of yoga like Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin which will advance your knowledge and skill of yoga and simultaneously helps you slow down, live in the present movement and connect to your true self inspiring self-discovery on a physical and spiritual level. This course will not only make you physically stronger but also help you build mentally, emotionally and psychologically. During the course there will be also some time for the students to explore around goa, and not only to sit under 04 walls for the 21 days. - Worldwide approved Yoga Alliance Multi-style Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer Certificate will be provided at the end of the course.
- Therapeutic Hatha Yoga Sessions will be conducted at intermediate level.
- Therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga Sessions will be conducted at intermediate level.
- Therapeutic Yin Yoga Sessions will be conducted at intermediate level.
- Philosophy, Anatomy & Asana Alignment sessions will be conducted at intermediate level
- Pranayama's, Mudras, Mantras & Meditation sessions will be conducted at intermediate level
- Daily assignments and homework will be given to do self study
- Course manuals, study guide and mantra sheet will be provided
- Almost all the classes will be conducted at yoga hall in school and few classes will also be conducted on the beach

- Every course will always start on Sunday's and will always end on Saturday's (03 weeks)
- Taxi Pick-up and Drop service will be provided for free to & from the goa airport, madgoan railway station or nearest bus stop
- Jala Neti Pot and Thermos water bottle will be provided for free.
- All the course material including yoga texts and course manuals which will be required during the course will be provided.
- Yoga mats, yoga bolsters, pillows, blankets, yoga belts, yoga blocks, yoga towels will be provided during the course
- Next to the Yoga hall, changing room will be available only for yoga students, if required before or after the yoga class.
- Next to the Yoga hall, Washroom and Toilet will be available only for yoga students.
- All rooms has attached washroom as well and free wi-fi service.
- Free Wi-Fi will also be available for students in Yoga Hall as well
- Medicines and First aid kit will be available for the students.

OUR ACCOMMODATION Private Rooms with Hot Shower & Wi-Fi Your room will be reserved at on site accommodation, where the Yoga Centre is located at Agonda, Goa, India, on first come first serve basis, if all the rooms are full at on site accommodation, your accommodation will be arranged in the immediate neighbouring guest houses very close to the school.
